Witnesses consistently describe a child between the ages of eight and twelve. The entity has never been observed speaking. Despite numerous encounters spanning decades, no audio recording has ever captured the child's voice. Individuals who encounter RF-005 frequently experience memory loss involving specific people, events, or periods of their childhood. The reason for this effect remains unknown

RF-006 is a recurring entity associated with unexplained bell sounds, memory disruption, and disappearances near Depth-classified locations. Witnesses describe a tall figure carrying numerous rusted bells suspended from chains, rope, or wire. The bells can often be heard long before the entity is observed. RF-011 is an entity associated with the recovery, possession, and preservation of forgotten objects. The entity has been observed in multiple Depth-classified locations and is believed to maintain collections of items connected to people who have been forgotten. Witnesses consistently describe a tall figure carrying bags, cases, keys, and containers filled with personal belongings. Unlike most documented entities, RF-011 has demonstrated awareness of investigators and has appeared to intentionally communicate on several occasions. The Archive currently believes RF-011 possesses knowledge regarding the unidentified individual referenced throughout Season One investigations

RF-012 is not a location, object, or entity. It is an Archive investigation. The designation was created after researchers concluded that multiple previously unrelated files contain evidence of the same unidentified individual. The subject appears throughout photographs, witness statements, recovered memories, historical records, and Depth-classified locations. Despite the overwhelming volume of evidence, no confirmed identity has been established. The Archive currently believes the subject may represent the first documented case of a person being forgotten completely while continuing to influence reality
