RF-001
Depth 2
Active
RF-001 concerns an abandoned playground located several miles outside █████. The site appears
normal during daylight hours but has been linked to repeated reports of children playing after dark despite
the area having remained vacant for decades.
Photographs recovered from the site contain recurring anomalies, including the repeated appearance of an
unidentified child whose face cannot be clearly observed.
RF-001 is considered the Archive's first confirmed investigation involving a Depth-classified location

RF-002
Depth 2
Active
RF-002 is a recurring entity observed at abandoned locations, forgotten properties, and Depth-classified
sites throughout the United States.
Witness descriptions vary significantly.
Height, clothing, age, and physical appearance are inconsistent across reports.
Despite these differences, one detail remains constant:
The entity is always watching.
RF-002 has never been observed approaching a witness.
It simply waits

RF-003
Depth 3
Active
RF-003 concerns a farmhouse that appears in county property records despite no structure existing at the
listed location.
The site manifests intermittently during periods of dense fog and has been observed by multiple witnesses
over a span of nearly forty years.
The interior of the house does not correspond to its exterior dimensions, and objects recovered from within
frequently disappear after removal.
The most significant anomaly associated with RF-003 is a family portrait containing an unidentified
individual whose face cannot be remembered after viewing

RF-004
Depth 3
Active
RF-004 concerns the recurring appearance of a symbol known by the Archive as the Hollow Circle.
The symbol consists of a simple circle with its center removed.
While seemingly insignificant, the marking has appeared in connection with nearly every major Archive
investigation.
The Hollow Circle has been discovered in locations where it should not exist, on objects with no known
connection to one another, and within personal journals belonging to individuals who deny ever drawing it.
The origin and purpose of the symbol remain unknown

RF-005
Depth 3
Active
RF-005 is an entity most commonly observed in abandoned schools, playgrounds, neighborhoods, and
other locations associated with childhood memories.
Witnesses consistently describe a child between the ages of eight and twelve.
The entity has never been observed speaking.
Despite numerous encounters spanning decades, no audio recording has ever captured the child's voice.
Individuals who encounter RF-005 frequently experience memory loss involving specific people, events, or
periods of their childhood.
The reason for this effect remains unknown

RF-006
Depth 4
Active
RF-006 is a recurring entity associated with unexplained bell sounds, memory disruption, and
disappearances near Depth-classified locations.
Witnesses describe a tall figure carrying numerous rusted bells suspended from chains, rope, or wire.
The bells can often be heard long before the entity is observed.
No successful audio recording of the sounds has ever been obtained.
Encounters with RF-006 are frequently followed by memory loss, disorientation, or temporary
disappearance from normal reality.
The Archive considers RF-006 one of the most dangerous entities documented to date

RF-007
Depth 4
Active
RF-007 concerns a fully intact town discovered during an Archive investigation into missing roadway
markers in a remote region of the United States.
The town does not appear on any modern map.
No government records acknowledge its existence.
Despite this, the site contains homes, businesses, vehicles, personal belongings, and evidence of long-term
habitation.
No residents have ever been found.

RF-008
Depth 4
Active
RF-008 is a damaged photograph recovered from an abandoned storage locker scheduled for auction.
The image changes each time it is viewed.
Locations vary.
Dates vary.
Individuals vary.
Despite these changes, one unidentified person consistently appears somewhere within the photograph.
The discovery of RF-008 marked the first time Archive researchers formally proposed that multiple
investigations may be connected to the same forgotten individual

RF-009
Depth 4
Active
RF-009 concerns a submerged library discovered beneath a condemned municipal records building
scheduled for demolition.
The structure does not appear on architectural plans, city records, or historical documentation.
The library contains thousands of books that do not contain words.
Instead, each volume appears to contain memories.
Exposure to these books has resulted in memory contamination, identity confusion, and recurring
encounters with an unidentified individual connected to multiple Archive investigations

RF-010
Depth 5
Active
RF-010 concerns a railway system that does not appear on any map, survey record, or transportation
database.
The railway has been encountered in multiple states and countries despite no physical connection existing
between reported locations.
Witnesses describe abandoned train platforms, distant whistles, and trains emerging from dense fog or
darkness.
Evidence suggests RF-010 functions as a transit system connecting forgotten places.
Several Archive researchers believe the Ash Railway may be the mechanism through which locations,
objects, and memories descend into deeper states of forgetting.

RF-011
Depth 5
Active
RF-011 is an entity associated with the recovery, possession, and preservation of forgotten objects.
The entity has been observed in multiple Depth-classified locations and is believed to maintain collections
of items connected to people who have been forgotten.
Witnesses consistently describe a tall figure carrying bags, cases, keys, and containers filled with personal
belongings.
Unlike most documented entities, RF-011 has demonstrated awareness of investigators and has appeared
to intentionally communicate on several occasions.
The Archive currently believes RF-011 possesses knowledge regarding the unidentified individual referenced
throughout Season One investigations

RF-012
Depth 5
Under Investigation
RF-012 is not a location, object, or entity.
It is an Archive investigation.
The designation was created after researchers concluded that multiple previously unrelated files contain
evidence of the same unidentified individual.
The subject appears throughout photographs, witness statements, recovered memories, historical records,
and Depth-classified locations.
Despite the overwhelming volume of evidence, no confirmed identity has been established.
The Archive currently believes the subject may represent the first documented case of a person being
forgotten completely while continuing to influence reality
