SUMMARY
Following review of multiple active investigations, Research Division personnel have identified recurring visual similarities between previously unrelated Archive files.
At this time, no formal connection has been established.
However, the frequency of reported appearances now exceeds acceptable coincidence thresholds.
OBSERVED OCCURRENCES
The following investigations contain references to unidentified individuals matching a common profile:
RF-001 — The Empty Playground
RF-003 — The Forgotten House
RF-005 — The Quiet Child
RF-007 — The Silent Town
RF-008 — The Last Photograph
COMMON CHARACTERISTICS
• Present in background areas of photographs.
• Rarely observed directly.
• Facial features remain difficult or impossible to recall.
• Witnesses report recognition without identification.
• Apparent age varies between incidents.
• Subject frequently appears near Depth-related anomalies.
